By registering for a course with Crossroads Firearms Training, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
You affirm that:
- You meet the minimum age requirements for the course.
- You are legally permitted to possess firearms under federal and applicable state law.
- You are not prohibited from firearm possession under 18 U.S.C. ยง 922 or applicable state statutes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet legal eligibility requirements.
2. Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment is required to reserve a seat unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation policies are listed on the course registration page.
- Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
3. Safety Compliance
Students must:
- Follow all instructor safety commands immediately.
- Adhere to range safety rules.
- Use only approved equipment and ammunition.
Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. No Guarantee of Permit Issuance
Completion of a course does not guarantee issuance of a concealed carry permit or license. Permit approval is determined solely by the issuing state authority.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossroads Firearms Training, its instructors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in training activities.
