Crossroads Firearms Training operates in compliance with all applicable federal, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky laws governing firearms instruction, safety training, and recordkeeping.
Certain courses (including concealed carry, defensive handgun, or certification programs) may require us to collect and retain specific personal information to:
- Verify identity and eligibility
- Document course attendance and completion
- Issue certificates of training
- Comply with state or federal regulatory requirements
We retain training records only for the period required by law or as reasonably necessary to document course completion and certification.
We do not maintain firearm purchase records, firearm serial numbers, or ownership registries unless voluntarily provided for instructional purposes and permitted by law.
