The NRA Basic Muzzleloading Shooting Course is a 10-12 hour, instructor-led program combining classroom and range time to teach safe, proper handling of muzzleloading rifles, shotguns, or pistols. It covers safety rules, loading, cleaning, and shooting fundamentals, providing students with a handbook and qualification booklet. Students can bring their own muzzleloading rifle, pistol or shotgun or arrangements can be made to use one of ours.
